In Chambolle-Musigny, on the D122, slightly east of Vougeot, traditional Burgundian cuisine made from the freshest ingredients is served in this rustic restaurant (which some local connoisseurs would prefer to keep secret)

This small, romantic understated restaurant never fails to impress with is combination of ambiance , good cheer and excellent food . If there is a weakness, it’s the wine list and while there are certainly a number of top domain’s represented , including Roumier and Mugnier , there isn’t much breadth or depth.
Food and wine are lightly on the expensive side tough by no means unreasonable and this is an address I always look forward to visiting at least once a trip. for me ,i prefer this little hideaway for lunch. prix fixe menus run from 26 € to 40 € and l've had good luck with the cheaper of the two.

More than a little romance, And the eggs in meurette, Come take flight, Come to Chambolle, You'll be well there, Long live good wine, And for your rest, You'll go to Vougeot, In this beautiful enclosure, You will fall asleep, And you will dream again, That in Chambolle, You will go back up there.
