History
- 1999 marks the year of our arrival in Chambolle-Musigny.
- With our two young children, who at the time represented 12% of the local school population, we carried out the renovation of the school canteen for many years.
- We instantly fell in love with this house, which once belonged to a local winegrower, Mr Pierre Julien of Chambolle-Musigny.
- In 2002, Le Chambolle launched a website, opening the door to a new international dimension.
- By 2026, with over a quarter of a century of existence, our passion and dedication remain entirely at the service of, and attentive to, our guests.
- This magnificent wine village is renowned for its Burgundian gastronomy and numerous culinary creations.
- This establishment reflects our desire to share our expertise, built on 18 years of experience and marked by many Michelin-starred encounters.
- We have preserved the soul of the restaurant while evolving to meet the expectations of our guests, who are always welcomed with warmth and conviviality.
Over the years, the image of this unique place has grown, enriched by memorable encounters from all horizons, family history, and a sense of belonging where every visitor feels at home, sharing a moment full of emotion.
Just a few steps from Vougeot and Gilly-les-Cîteaux, this historic establishment, founded in 1971 and taken over by Monsieur Claudel in 1999, welcomes you in a traditional building.
